Firstly, the instructions on self-hosted aren't very clear, especially the end

For development, we recommend using dev.wiilink24.com as the base domain, resolving to 127.0.0.1.

But how?! I thought a DNS server with dnsmasq and a wifi server with hostapd, because there is no other way and, in my phone, http://dev.wiilink24.com/thepantry/login worked, I cant log in but it works, but when I try to connect to the wifi in my Wii throws me an error 52231 that is error Connected to router but unable to access Nintendo servers and I dont know why yet. Thanks.
